Tomorrow begins Day 1 of Phase 1 of the Maker's Diet.

No. Lifestyle change.
It's a rough start anyway. After you get going it gets easier. By the time you're in the third phase it's cake. Even though you can't eat cake. Ha!
Anyway, it seems to be the best thing for my body with having hypothyroid so here I go...

Good luck with it! I don't know how you do it, but I know you've always had great results. It's SO not the diet for me...but I SO need to go on one! LOL! (As I type I am eating Lays potato chips...further proof I need the diet!)
ReplyDeleteYou go woman! I have been counting my calories and exercising. I am using my fitnesspal.com and quite easy to keep track of both. My niece in South Carolina has a support group for us all. I have lost 3 pounds. She has lost 80 pounds, looks great and is still losing more. She uses the Beach Body Workouts. Will you be working out?
